The Rose Oil™ is ideal for all skin types, including sensitive, rosacea, oily or dry, and is suited for all seasons. The plant nutrients in each of the unique ingredients are crafted to synergistically work together to moisturize and rejuvenate the skin.
The illuminating Rose Oil fosters skin cellular renewal that replenishes skin’s moisturize barrier and rejuvenates to deliver a complexion that appears radiant, supple and glowing.
The Rose Oil™ is recommended for use after applying The LULAAV Face Serum, mornings and evenings. The two products paired together synergistically make for a perfect skin care regimen.
The Rose Oil™ is intended for external use only. Apply The Rose Oil™ mornings and evenings; 2-3 drops, gently pressing and massaging onto face and neck after applying The LULAAV Face Serum. Always test The Rose Oil™ on a small patch of skin before use.
Absolutely, The Rose Oil™ is intended for use on the face, neck and under the eyes, however we advise you to avoid direct contact with the eyes.
You can expect to experience results from using The Rose Oil™ anywhere between a week to a month, depending on skin texture. The more frequent the usage, the faster the likelihood of seeing results.
The Rose Oil™ is ideal for all skin types, as well as those with rosacea, depending on a person’s sensitivities. Our powerful plant nutrients evenly balance the skin tone and help to reduce rosacea.
The Rose Oil™ does not contain any artificial fragrances. The beautiful aroma comes from the natural botanical plants and flowers that have been carefully selected to endow The Rose Oil™ with its exquisite scent.
Each bottle of The Rose Oil™ will last approximately 10-14 weeks with daily use.
The Rose Oil™ will maintain optimal efficacy for 18 months when stored in an area that minimizes exposure to light and extreme temperatures.
The Rose Oil™ is never tested on animals. LULAAV ingredients are all Vegan, and we are Leaping Bunny certified, ensuring that only the finest botanicals are used in our production process, and that no animals are harmed.
The Rose Oil™ is safe for pregnant women, however we advise those who are pregnant to always consult with a doctor before use.
Our Returns Policy is valid for ten days after purchase for damaged goods. Please contactinfo@lulaav.comfor further instructions on damaged shipments. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to the purchase or assistance with product usage after your purchase.

LULAAV typically processes orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. LULAAV does not ship internationally at this time.
QuadPay’s payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via four simple interest free installments. QuadPay is a platform built for shoppers, empowering them to buy now, pay over time and avoid repayments.
Upon checkout, simply click on the Quadpay icon, fill in the requested information and within moments Quadpay will notify you of approval status.
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
1. Live in the U.S.
2. Be at least 18 years old
3. Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
4. Use a U.S. credit or debit card to make a purchase
If you pay on time, there is never a cost to using QuadPay. Quadpay only charges a $7 fee on a late payment that’s overdue, plus another $7 fee, if you remain late seven days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.
For initial sign up, Quadpay only needs your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that Quadpay only needs you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay.
QuadPay charges you 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. The remaining three payments are paid bi-weekly over a six week period. You can view or make a manual payment in the customer portal: https://customer.quadpay.com/, as well as have the option to pay the purchase in full early. A successful Quadpay charge will be processed after one business day. If the purchase is not successful and you did not receive an order confirmation, then the charge will be removed from the account after one business day.

LULAAV accepts notifications of returns for damaged goods within ten days of purchase. We allow cancellation of orders prior to shipment. Once QuadPay is notified of the return, you will be refunded the amount paid to-date, and QuadPay cancels all future scheduled payments.
