How do I apply The Face Serum™?

The Face Serum™ is intended for external use only. Apply The Face Serum™ mornings and evenings, after cleansing; 1-2 pumps, gently pressing and massaging onto face and neck until skin feels soft and lustrous. Always test The Face Serum™ on a small patch of skin before use.

Can I apply The Face Serum™ under my eyes?

Absolutely, The Face Serum™ is intended for use on the face, neck and under the eyes, however we advise you to avoid direct contact with the eyes.

What is LULAAV’s return policy?

Our Returns Policy is valid for ten days after purchase for damaged goods. Please contact info@lulaav.com for further instructions on damaged shipments. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to the purchase or assistance with product usage after your purchase.

How do you ship products?

What is order processing time?

LULAAV typically processes orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. LULAAV does not ship internationally at this time.

ZIP

What is ZIP & its benefits?

ZIP payment platform gives shoppers the choice to pay for their purchases via four simple interest free installments. ZIP is a platform built for shoppers, empowering them to buy now, pay over time and avoid repayments.

How do I pay for my purchase using ZIP ?

Upon checkout, simply click on the ZIP icon, fill in the requested information and within moments ZIP will notify you of approval status.

What information do I need to qualify for ZIP ?

In order to have an account with ZIP , you must:
1. Live in the U.S.
2. Be at least 18 years old
3. Have a valid and verifiable mobile number
4. Use a U.S. credit or debit card to make a purchase

What are the costs associated with using ZIP ?

If you pay on time, there is never a cost to using ZIP. ZIP only charges a $7 fee on a late payment that’s overdue, plus another $7 fee, if you remain late seven days after the original payment due. $14 is the maximum a customer will ever be charged for an individual order.

What information does ZIP need from me in order to sign up?

For initial sign up, ZIP only needs your date of birth, mobile number, and either a debit or credit card. After that ZIP only needs you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through ZIP.

How are my ZIP payments spaced out?

ZIP charges you 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. The remaining three payments are paid bi-weekly over a six week period. You can view or make a manual payment in the customer portal: https://customer.quadpay.com/, as well as have the option to pay the purchase in full early. A successful ZIP charge will be processed after one business day. If the purchase is not successful and you did not receive an order confirmation, then the charge will be removed from the account after one business day.

How can I update my payment details with ZIP ?

How does ZIP handle returns or cancelled orders?

LULAAV accepts notifications of returns for damaged goods within ten days of purchase. We allow cancellation of orders prior to shipment. Once ZIP is notified of the return, you will be refunded the amount paid to-date, and ZIP cancels all future scheduled payments.
